pawshelt Inc is grateful for every donation. We want you to feel confident giving, so this Refund Policy explains how we handle refund requests.

Donations

Donations made to pawshelt are voluntary gifts used to fund the rescue, medical care and rehoming of dogs and cats. Because donations are generally put to work quickly, they are non-refundable except in the cases below.

When we issue a refund

• Duplicate or accidental donations — if you were charged more than once or entered the wrong amount.
• Unauthorized transactions — if a donation was made without your permission.

How to request a refund

Please contact us within 14 days of your donation at info@pawshelt.org or +1 917 764 3998 with your name, the donation amount and date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
